Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and meet any minimum age required by your local law to use the Services.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

2. Roles on the platform

AIO Link supports several roles, and additional terms may apply to each:

• Users — browse, connect, book and buy.
• Organizers — create and manage events and sell tickets.
• Merchants — operate a storefront and sell products, services, gift cards, venues or real-estate listings.

Organizers and merchants are solely responsible for their listings, events, pricing, fulfilment, and compliance with applicable laws.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, events, media, reviews, messages). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Services.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it. It must not be unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful.

4. Purchases, payments & fees

Prices are shown in the listing and, where applicable, include tax. Card payments are processed by Stripe; gift cards may be fulfilled through Reloadly. By purchasing, you authorise the relevant charge.

We may charge service, platform or processing fees, which are disclosed before you complete a transaction. Organizers and merchants are responsible for their own taxes.

5. Bookings, tickets & viewings

Some items (services, venues, real-estate viewings) require a request that the seller accepts before payment. Availability, check-in rules, and ticket limits are set by the organizer or merchant and shown at checkout.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Refund and cancellation terms are set by the organizer or merchant for each listing or event and are shown before purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, completed purchases are subject to those terms.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Post false, misleading, fraudulent or harmful content.
• Circumvent fees, payments, or the platform's intended use.
• Interfere with, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services.
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise security.
• Harass, abuse or harm other users.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including the AIO Link name, logo, design and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.

9. Third-party services

The Services integrate third parties such as Stripe (payments), Reloadly (gift cards) and Google Maps. Your use of those features may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

We are a venue connecting buyers and sellers; we do not control and are not responsible for listings, events or the conduct of users.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services and other users. Some provisions survive termination by their nature.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
